Heating

Furnace repair, boilers and radiant heat

Most of the metro will only touch forced air. Boilers, baseboard and in-floor hydronic heat are work Atlas actually does, which matters in older Littleton and Lone Tree homes where that is what is installed. Gas equipment also has to be set for Colorado altitude, and a system charged off a generic sea-level chart underperforms here even when nothing is broken. Atlas is based in Lone Tree, and heating, cooling and plumbing in Lone Tree covers the neighborhoods there.

Furnace repair

No-heat calls, short cycling, blowing cold, altitude-correct gas pressures. Furnace repair →

Boiler repair

Seized circulators, waterlogged expansion tanks, low pressure, air in the loop. Boiler repair →

Heat pumps

Cold-climate heat pumps and mini splits, plus what the 2026 Colorado rebates actually cover. Heat pump rebates →

Pre-season tune-ups

Carbon monoxide check, heat exchanger inspection, gas pressures, flame sensor. Tune-ups →

Cooling

Air conditioning and evaporative coolers

Front Range summers are hard on equipment in a way that catches people out. Thinner air at this elevation carries less heat per cubic foot, so airflow and charge have to be set for altitude. Evaporative coolers thrive in the dry stretch and then struggle through monsoon season, which is usually when people start asking whether to repair or convert.

AC repair

Capacitors, condenser coils, refrigerant leaks found rather than topped off, frozen coils. AC repair →

Swamp cooler service

Evaporative cooler repair, spring startup, fall winterization and AC conversion. Swamp cooler vs AC →

Mini splits

Ductless systems serviced, repaired and installed.

Air balancing

Rooms that are always too hot or too cold are usually airflow, not the furnace. We measure and adjust rather than guess at dampers. Why AC struggles here →

Whole-home humidifiers

Front Range air is dry enough all winter to dry out floors, furniture and sinuses.

Plumbing & water heaters

Water heaters and residential plumbing

Jared holds an active Colorado journeyman plumbing license, so water heaters and plumbing repairs happen on the same visit as the HVAC work instead of becoming a second appointment with a second company. Colorado water is hard on tanks, which is why lifespan here tends to run shorter than the sticker suggests.

Water heater repair

No hot water, pilot and thermocouple faults, leaks and pressure problems.

Tankless installation

Tankless upgrades including the gas and venting the conversion actually needs.

Plumbing repairs

Leaks, fixtures, shut-offs, disposals and general residential plumbing.

Drain and vent work

Drain, waste and vent rough-in on remodels and additions.

How a visit works

Diagnose first, price second, work third

You call or text and reach Erica or Jared. Never a call center, never a rotating crew.
We find out what is actually wrong. A lot of people call with a diagnosis they already have, from another contractor or worked out themselves, and it is often close but not exactly right. Confirming it first is what keeps you from paying to replace a part that was never the problem.
You get a flat-rate price before anything starts. You approve the number first. No hourly meter, no commission-driven price book.
The person who diagnosed it does the repair. Jared does the work himself, so nothing gets lost between the person who looked at it and the person who fixes it.

Something not working right?

Call or text early in the day for the best chance at a same-day slot. We answer until 9 PM, seven days a week.
